Cutter dredger Artemis arrives on the Mersey 13th Jan 2016

Van Oords dredger Artemis arrived at Liverpool today to finalise the dredging at the new Livewrpool2 berth. She is referred to as a cutter dredger as she is equipped/capable of cutting thru rock and sediment and suctioning it for removal usually via a pipe system, She is seen here passing her place of work and is now berthed at the CLT, pierhead Liverpool
