A quiet week

Not a lot of movements this week, did not get out much despite a new digital camera, Fuji S6500FD. heres a selection from this week, mainly monday. Small cruise ship Seabourne Pride was on the liner berth, IOM steam packets Viking on her usual Liverpool run and the floating crane Mersey Mammoth on her way to Tranmere.

Some better pictures of Viking on the mersey

Isle of Man steam packet companies "Viking" fast ferry on the River Mersey today, 16th march. Caught her inbound in good weather, last pics were of her berthed at pier head and conditions were crap! one of the best looking craft to visit the Mersey...

Superseacat 2

After a good few months laid up in liverpool docks, the IOM steam packets fast craft "superseacat2" now named "Viking" moved to the lairds yard on the mersey for repairs and upgrading for when she hopefully starts regular passenger runs to the island. This is a fantastic looking vessel, had just missed her passing seacombe and caught her as she was turning for dock entry
