HMS Manchester leaving Liverpool, 8th Feb 2011
After a weekend farewell visit, Royal Navy destroyer HMS Manchester left Liverpool today. The university training vessel HMS Biter was also present and escorted her out. One of the Smit tugs gave a salute with his fire monitors.

HMS Manchester visits Liverpool, 3rb Feb 2011
The Royal Navy destroyer HMS Manchester arrived on the River Mersey today, she paying a "farewell" visit to Liverpool before she is decomissioned. She will be on the CLT at the pierhead over the weekend and is open to the public between 12 and 4pm on Sunday

HMS Manchester in Liverpool
Royal Navy destoyer HMS Manchester arrived on the mersey this morning for a 4 day visit, she now berther at the liner berth on the pierhead. HMS Liverpool and the aircraft carrier HMS Illustrious are due to visit over the next few weeks.
