Birkenhead docks visit 12th March 2016

A little quiet in the docks at the moment!, Arklow Raven came in today and the Chem tanker Stolt Kite arrived earlier in the week.

RFA Black Rover A273 on the move into Birkenhead 11th Sept 2015

Another RFA has gone into "layup" in Birkenhead docks, small fleet tanker Black Rover was moved from Cammel lairds to West float Birkenhead today having completed her refit/service in the yard, Smit tugs Sandon, Waterloo and Barbados were on the job

Busy high water on the River Mersey today 25th January 2015

Went to alfred lock for the Flinter Goa cargo ship today. Plenty of other traffic including the RFA Black Rover out of Cammel Lairds. Also out of Lairds was the Svitzer tug Bidston.

RFA Black Rover moves into Birkenhead docks

Another RFA on the move today, Fleet tanker Black rover was moved from Cammel Lairds to the bidston dry dock in the West float this morning, 3 Smit tugs on the job.
