Mersey movements on a murky day!!

Caught a few ships on the river today, outbound tanker "overseas portland" and chem carrier
"Frank", inbound was chem tanker "Sichem rio", Conditions were rubbish. ;-)

To sort of round off my 1st blog and the year in general have uploaded a few pics taken over the last 6 months or so, not sure about getting out and about much over the next week or so and if there no more posts till early january then i wish all viewers a very happy christmas and a great new year...

Caught 2 chem/haz d tankers inbound today, the Sichem Edinbugh, 8545gt and the Clipper Bardolino, 2999gt. nice bright day but very cold.....

mersey ferries river cruise

Took my youngest son on the ferry today for the river cruise, weather not great. Caught the Isle of Man ferry "ben-my-chree" outbound. The ro-ro ferry "liverpool viking" was moored at the birkenhead roro terminal. Royal navy fast tanker "Wave ruler" was in the old cammel laird/monks ferry yard. On the return leg i got the "Arklow Spirit" on her way down river.
