River Mersey movements upto W/ending 15th sept 2018

Bit of a mixed bag from past week or so.

Korsaro was the largest chem tanks into Birkenhead for quite a while, Bulker Pride finally got in to Birkenhead after her aborted attempt last week, MSC Sena arrived for Liverpool2.

Clipper Ranger arrived for "layup"?? in the old Bidston dry dock, twin mast sailing vessel Phoenix arrived and went into Canning dock

ACL Atlantic Star 3rd Liverpool visit 14th Feb 2016

ACL`s new G5 class ship Atlantic Star arrived on the Mersey today for the 3rd time. Here also is bulker Ultra Tolhuaca. Cutter Dredger Artemis is seen here working at the new Liverpool2 river berth

Unique looking cargo vessel Oceanic is currently unloading in East float today, Large bulker Mandarin looks like she has finished unloading as all here hatches are now closed

Shipping at New Brighton, 16th Sept

Weather was the complete opposite to yesterday, back to the usual "mersey murk"

Plenty of "traffic" tho, bulkers on the move and chem tankers for Eastham. The 1960 built cement carrier Cementina was on her way in from Ireland.

A busy hour on the River today for bulkers!

An outbound Riva Wind and inbound we had Alexandergracht and African Blue Crane


Also outbound was the chem tanker Lilac.
