Disney Magic maiden call at Liverpool today 27th May 2016

Disney cruise lines Disney Magic has made her maiden call at Liverpool today, arrived in the early hours which was a little strange BUT she is returning on the 12th June when there will be events at the Pierhead and a fireworks display send off. Not a bad looking vessel

Lovely and sunny on trip over, mersey murk and overcast on way home ;-(

Local  vessel Mersey Spirit was on "bunkering" duty 

Cunard liners Liverpool visits in September

September looks to be a good month for Liner fans, Cunards Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary 2 are both sheduelled for the CLT at Liverpools pierhead.

Thursday 8TH Sept, Queen Elizabeth, arrival 08.00hrs, sailing 22.00hrs

Thursday 15th Sept, Queen Mary 2, arrival 12.00hrs, sailing 22.00hrs

There are also some fireworks displays planned when both vessels leave the River Mersey but these are weather permitting. Mersey Ferries are also running special cruises for both the arrival and leaving of both vessels.
